The pole vaulters were very impressive with Cassie winning her 2nd group 4 title.  The javelin competition was one of the best I have ever watched. 4 girls threw their best in the last round with Jaclyn getting a 16 foot PR to grab 2nd place!  Lara-Jane got some great experience against the states top hurdlers and will get to run again Wednesday night.

Our relay was not sharp but I think will advance with the wild card format.
