We were terrible today! We only scored 6 points. Laura Mercer's PR in the Discus was the only thing to write home about and even that didn't score! Friday meets after a full week of school does not sit well with the Ridgewood girls of recent years. We must change this!

Saturday - Teaneck High School

Pole Vault: 1^st -K.Norton, 9-0. 2^nd -E.Norton, 9-0. 3^rd - Wong, 8-6.

We scored 65 points today! The Day was very hot and we had some drama. Jess suffered heat exhaustion in the 400 and made a remarkable recovery to lead the 4X400 to a 3^rd place finish. Lara-Jane 15.3 in the hurdles was the performance of the day: 3^rd overall in Bergen County and 2^nd on the all time RHS list, Lara-Jane joins some elite company. The 800meter was one of the best races I have ever seen! Cristina scored in 4 events, a difficult task for anyone let alone a frosh! The pole vault was our final event and our 1,2,3 brought us roaring back in the team score! Cassie had a great PR to grab 3^rd. While we had a great day we couldn't overcome our deficit from yesterday and ended in a 4^th place tie with IHA.
