A close (6 point) loss to Teaneck is a big disappointment. We were tied going into the relay. But they beat us in the relay and their girl won the javelin (unheard of for Teaneck who is not known for javelin throwers.) They had more people step up than we did. I felt bad that it came down to the Javelin because we weren't well prepared there (my fault) and the places the meet had slipped away from us had happened much earlier in the day. Next week at county group 4 it will be a tougher meet as Teaneck, Hackensack, IHA, and Ridgewood will going head to head.
