Shot put: -Amanda Delicate, 21-7.

Discus: -Amanda Delicate, 41-3.

Javelin: 4-Kristen Rooke, 85-2. -Amanda Delicate, 42-4.

4X400r: 2-4:25.9, (Palacios-66.9, Wells-67.1, Rooke-66.7, Tiernan-65.3).

We ran our best relay of the year! Marianna ran a nice 400 in the 6 lane of the 2^nd heat, Becca paced well and finished strong in the 800, Claire was steady in the 3200, Tiernan, Genova and Rooke made it to the semi's and Kristen also scored in the Javelin. Our team was 3^rd in Group 4, 10 of 30 overall. Congratulations Frosh!
